Hi, I’m Stephanie Rousseau—Certified Professional Coach, self-compassion advocate, former educator, and mom of two tween girls who keep me humble and on my toes, while being my greatest teachers.
I spent nearly 20 years in education—leading classrooms, coaching teachers, and designing curriculum—before I realized I was running on empty. Like so many high-achieving women, I was great at holding it all together on the outside while quietly falling apart on the inside.
Also - I had a different vision for how I wanted to show up as a mom — and frankly, that wasn’t it.

My turning point came when I finally stopped asking, “What’s wrong with me?” and started asking, “What if I treated myself like someone worth supporting?”
Spoiler alert: everything changed.
Now, I help ambitious, overwhelmed women trade burnout for breathing room and perfectionism for peace. Through my coaching programs, workshops, and podcast (soon to be renamed, stay tuned!), I support women in creating small, sustainable shifts that lead to big, life-giving change.
