      <image:title>About - Welcome!</image:title>
<image:caption>If you're anything like the women I work with, you've spent years doing all the "right" things. You built the career. You raised the family. You showed up for everyone who needed you. And now, despite having so much to be grateful for, there's a quiet voice asking... "Is this still the life I want?" I know that voice. Because I've heard it too. Hi, I'm Stephanie. I'm a wife, a mom to two incredible tween girls, an ICF-certified coach, a Becoming You Certified Practitioner, and someone who has spent her entire life chasing one question: What if our work and our lives could be an authentic expression of who we are? Looking back, the clues were always there. As a teenager, one of the first career books I ever picked up was What Color Is Your Parachute? Long before I had the language for values, purpose, or alignment, I was fascinated by the idea that our work could be more than just a paycheck…. it could be an expression of who we are! Like many people, though, practicality won out (because who really knows who they are and what they want at age 19????) I majored in accounting because it was a secure career and, well...I was good at math. It seemed like the responsible choice. Never mind that I dreaded my tax classes while hanging on every word in my psychology courses. Stuffed that feeling right down! After graduating, I spent three years working in accounting. Day after day, I found myself staring at spreadsheets, feeling increasingly disconnected from the work I was doing, my energy slowly leaking one slow hour after another. Then one day, a friend asked me a question that changed the trajectory of my life. "What do you actually want to do?" The answer came before he had even finished asking. "I want to be a teacher." I didn't have a five-year plan. I couldn't fully explain why. I just knew that whenever I was around kids, I came alive. So I did something that felt both terrifying and completely right. I went back to school, earned my Master's in Education, and began a career that would shape the next two decades of my life. Looking back now, I realize I was making a values-based decision long before I knew what values were. I simply knew that life was too short to spend most of it doing work that didn't feel meaningful. For nearly twenty years, I worked as an educator, instructional coach, and school leader, helping students, teachers, and teams grow into their potential. I loved creating environments where people felt seen, encouraged, and capable of more than they imagined. Then life handed me one of its greatest invitations to grow. I became a mom. If you've ever had a child, you know that motherhood doesn't simply change your calendar, it changes you. It changed the way I saw success. It changed how I wanted to spend my time. It changed what mattered most. What I know now (and what I teach every client I work with) is that significant life events can reshape our values. They ask us to become a new version of ourselves. As my daughters grew, I could feel another chapter quietly calling me. Not away from education... But toward an even deeper way of helping people discover who they are and how they want to live. That journey eventually led me to professional coaching and ultimately to the Becoming You® methodology developed by Suzy Welch at NYU Stern. For the first time, I had language for something I had been experiencing for years. And I was LIT UP (still am!!!) The life that fit me at 25 wasn't the life that fit me at 45. And there was nothing wrong with that. Because growth isn't a sign that you've made the wrong choices. Sometimes it's simply an invitation to make new ones. Today, I blend nearly twenty years as an educator with evidence-based coaching, positive psychology, self-compassion, and the Becoming You methodology to help working moms reconnect with themselves. Not because they need to become someone new. But because they've changed. And the life they built years ago may no longer reflect the woman they've become. Here's what I believe. Women are incredibly good at adapting. We adapt to careers. To marriage. To motherhood. To caregiving. To everyone else's expectations. Eventually, many of us wake up one day and realize we've become experts at caring for everyone except ourselves. That's why I do this work. I help women uncover what matters most to them now—not twenty years ago, not according to someone else's definition of success, but now. Together, we identify the values that guide them, understand their unique strengths, and create practical, sustainable changes so their work and their lives begin to feel aligned again. Because when a mom lives in alignment with her values, everything changes. She trusts herself. She makes decisions with greater confidence. She sets healthier boundaries. She becomes more present with the people she loves. Her work becomes more meaningful. And perhaps most importantly... Her children grow up watching a woman who has the courage to live authentically. That's the ripple effect I care about. Because I don't believe we're meant to become someone else. I believe we're meant to become more ourselves. And if you're here because a small voice inside keeps asking whether there's another chapter waiting for you... I'd love to help you discover what it might be. A few things you won't find on my résumé... I'm happiest with a great cup of coffee on my deck, a long walk, playing with my dog, or cheering from the sidelines at one of my daughters' soccer games. I believe laughter belongs in coaching sessions. I believe my clients have an endless well of wisdom that needs time and space to cut through all the noise and emerge. I'm endlessly curious about what makes people come alive. I think self-compassion is one of the most underrated life skills we can learn. And I still get goosebumps every time a client says, "I finally understand why I've been feeling this way." If you're wondering whether the life that fit you ten or twenty years ago still fits today... You don't have to figure that out alone. I'd be honored to walk alongside you.</image:caption>
